Awesome NZ Night Photos

New Zealand is such a beautiful country. I wish I had more time to take more photos. I'm not very good at drawing or painting like my boys and my wife but I can take a photo. Below are some photos I took at Moeraki about 2 hours south of Christchurch. These are the Moreraki Boulders on the beach and I took these photos with my canon 550D at 11:30 pm. The moon was full so my camera drew the light from the moon & had an exposure of about 15-20 seconds. It was so dark I couldn't use auto focus, so I had to use Manuel focus. You can't really tell it's dark but the lights from the houses were fully bright to indicate, it was dark.
