All of my working life, I have worked with children and still do. I have developed two very interactive, unique cultural shows called "Mana" & "Kia Toa" with dynamic workshops that children love. They are fun and very educational.
I have been brought up with strong family values, love of culture and a belief in something greater than myself.
These values can be recognised through my performance Mana, and now my new show called Kia Toa, which means "be brave" be resilient. I have many sayings I like to live by and one of them is " When I have been given much, I too must give.' Mana is how I believe, I give back.
I have a love for genealogy and am drawn towards my ancestors. I have a Maori father, with his great great grandfather coming from Ohio America. My mother was born in Taveuni, Fiji, with strong Scottish and English heritage.
I was born in Malaysia and brought up in Singapore till I was 7 years old. We then moved back to New Zealand with my parents. I live in Brisbane Australia at the moment.
Life is an Adventure or nothing at all. (Helen Keller)
From the words of Brian Tracy
"Man is built for a purpose, he was designed for accomplishment, he is engineered for success, he is endowed with the seeds of greatness, and the greatest danger we as human beings have is when we do not do anything at all."
The question is what is your purpose? I believe this is my purpose
